Returns and Store Policies
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance. All items must be returned in pristine, unused condition, with all *The Boheme Architect* garment tags intact. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Repeated Returns
We carefully monitor return patterns, and excessive returns may be flagged. At our discretion, this may result in the suspension of your *The Boheme Architect* account or the refusal of future orders. All returns are at the Discretion of the Boheme Architect and courtesy of return may be suspended at any time as many items are made by custom order.
Late Returns
To receive a full refund, please return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns beyond this timeframe will be accepted solely at the discretion of *The Boheme Architect.*
Clothing
We kindly ask that you handle garments with care when trying them on. All products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all *The Boheme Architect* garment tags securely attached.
Bags
If you are considering keeping your purchase, please take special care when handling light-colored bags, as dark garments may transfer dye.
Shoes
When trying on shoes, avoid scratching the soles or damaging the shoe box. Returns must include the original dust bag and box, as these are integral to the product. To prevent damage during shipping, please place the shoe box inside a protective outer box.
Lingerie + Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the item remains unworn, with the protective adhesive strip intact. Please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance with eligible exchanges.
Gifts and Home

Damaged or Faulty Goods
An item is classified as faulty if it is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental mishandling, or misuse will not be considered a fault. If you receive a faulty item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. For items owned for longer than this, particularly beyond six months, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

We strive to present the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in display settings across different devices may result in slight discrepancies in colour representation.
